Zombies 3
|
Zombies 3 is a 2022 American science fiction musical comedy-drama film that made its debut on Disney+ on July 15, 2022, and subsequently on Disney Channel on August 12, 2022. Serving as a sequel to the 2018 film Zombies and the 2020 film Zombies 2, it features Meg Donnelly and Milo Manheim reprising their principal roles as Addison and Zed, respectively. Most of the primary supporting cast from the previous two Zombies films also returns. The narrative centers around the town of Seabrook, which now accommodates zombies, humans, and werewolves living together in harmony, as they strive to fend off an alien invasion.
Plot
In the town of Seabrook, werewolves, humans, and zombies coexist harmoniously. This marks their final year at Seabrook High, and Addison has received acceptance into Mountain College. Zed is aiming for an athletic scholarship at Mountain College, hoping to join Addison there. On the night before a much-anticipated football game, which, if won, would result in Seabrook's first zombie/monster being recruited into college, thus breaking down barriers for all other monsters, a UFO descends, inciting widespread panic. The alien leaders, known as "A-Lan, A-Li, and A-Spen," teleport from their spacecraft. They are in search of an interstellar map to Utopia, a new home for their kind, which can only be located in "the most precious thing in Seabrook." To disguise their true intentions, they assert that they have come to participate in the National Cheer Off, an event previously organized by Addison. While being questioned by Z-Patrol, A-Spen discovers a loophole that allows Zed to gain admission to college by obtaining an exceptional scholarship through improved academic performance.
